To translate the game you need four things:

1. The original Japanese game rom.
2. The patch file.
3. The tool to use the patch.
4. Follow this guide!

Download the following zip which contains all the tools you need to get started. (Zip file includes, game rom, patch file, and the windows tool used to apply the patch.)

How to Use:

After you have download the tools, extract the tools to any directory on your computer that you want then follow the guide below.

If the patch fails, you need to insure you have the original japanese rom. If it was previously patched or modified the patch will not work. The rom included in the tools package should be the correct version to use.

Credits: Full credit for this patch goes to Moogie and Z80 at Shining Force Central Other folks also helped along the way, I however do not have there names. Z80 did the amazing job at hacking the rom and enabling manipulation of the text. Moogie worked to apply the english script and distribute the patch. I have only re-distributed the game patch and created a small guide for using it.
